Mapour from south africa is one you should probably avoid at all costs or you might die - a pineapple liquor thing with barbed wire around the bottle! -

I've had ouzo of course - but I'm not keen on alcoholic beverages generally so I expect I'll go to my grave with all the others untasted

I only like ouzo because it tastes like liqorice water
and I drink it 1 part ouzo to ten parts iced water

Tried Sake. Oh dear god. And ouzo. That wasn't pleasant either. Homemade Russian Vodka!!!!! Now that was an experience!!!!!!
