Having eaten kangaroo burgers in a Walkabout bar, I would not be adverse to an idea coming out of Australia.
Dr George Wilson, of the Australian Wildlife Services has implored that we switch from beef and lamb to save from green house gasses. Apparently unlike the methane creating Ovine and Bovine, marsupials produce virtually none.
Considering that sheep and cattle account for 11% of the total green house gases it would seem a logical idea.
