Taken from his Facebook account, is the face of Banksy, AKA Robin Gunningham from Bristol?
Born in 1974 and raised in Bristol, England. The son of a photocopier engineer, he trained as a butcher but became involved in graffiti during the great Bristol aerosol boom of the late 1980s

The mail on sunday did a spread they are saying he is Robin Gunningham and he went to private school he got banksy from his name

If this guy is Banksy, then he has done very, very well. Whoever Banksy turns out to be, I am impressed with the way Banksy's anonymity has marketed the artist. I really do believe he is an artist on many fronts, with a rare and beautiful talent. This is one mural artist I have time for.
