America is up in arms because they are paying $4.00 for a gallon(US) for petrol (gas). This would equate to 54p a litre, under half the price of the UK.
Little did I know, but the main gripe was that the price has gone up 31% since last year. So last year they were only paying 37p a litre, a third of the price we did.
